Does KWA screen their caregivers?

Yes. KWA runs three background checks for everyone; WATCH, Interim BCCU, and FBI Fingerprint checks.

Who is responsible for paying taxes, etc?

KWA is responsible for managing all “employer responsibilities” such as wages, withholding taxes, and on-the-job injuries.

Yes. We value the hard work of our caregivers and offer medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as paid training and paid time off.
